Delete your account

Permanently remove your anonymous Kharbga account and every piece of data linked to it. This action cannot be undone.

Deletion is permanent Deleting your Kharbga account permanently erases your progress and cannot be reversed. Once complete, your data cannot be recovered by you or by AissaGames.
Kharbga accounts are anonymous Kharbga creates a guest account for you automatically the first time you open the game. There is no username, no password and no email address — you never sign in, and we never learn who you are.

What gets deleted

When your Kharbga account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your anonymous player ID — the random identifier the game created for you. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
  • Cloud Save — all saved progress, settings and statistics stored in the cloud.
  • Leaderboards — your scores and ranking entries are removed from all leaderboards.
  • Economy — your coins, Royal Seeds and item balances are erased and forfeited.

Data stored only on your phone — your display name, chosen avatar, language and sound settings — is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. It is never sent to us.

Before you delete

  • There is no way to recover your account or progress after deletion.
  • Virtual currency and items have no monetary value and are not refundable upon deletion.
  • Because the account is anonymous, your progress lives with this installation. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, leaves the account unreachable — there is no way to sign back into it from another device.

How to delete your account

  1. Email us your request

    Use the button below. It opens a pre-filled message; you only have to send it. Any email address works — you do not need an account with us.

  2. Help us find your account

    Because Kharbga accounts carry no name or email, we may ask for something that identifies yours — most commonly a Google Play order number if you ever made a purchase, or the display name you played under together with the approximate date you started playing.

  3. We delete it

    Once we can locate the account, we permanently delete it and its Cloud Save, Leaderboard and Economy data, and we confirm by email. We aim to complete this within 30 days.

  4. Remove the local copy

    Uninstall Kharbga, or clear its data in Android Settings, to remove everything the game stored on your phone.

If we cannot identify your account An anonymous account with no purchases may not be traceable from an email alone. In that case, uninstalling the game stops all further data collection, and the inactive record is deleted automatically after 12 months without a sign-in.
