Privacy Policy
How AissaGames collects, uses, and protects your information across our website and the game Kharbga.
1. Developer information
This game and website are operated by AissaGames ("we", "us", "our"), an independent game developer and the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
- Developer: AissaGames
- Product: Kharbga (mobile game) and this website, aissagames.com
- Contact email: aissamak121991@gmail.com
2. Scope & consent
This Privacy Policy applies to the Kharbga application on all platforms where it is distributed, and to this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Kharbga or this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before processing certain data, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
3. Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to run and improve the game. The categories below describe the maximum data that may be processed; the actual data depends on the features you use.
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account identifiers | Unity Player Account ID, sign-in provider (Google, email, or guest), display name | Authentication, saving progress, leaderboards |
| Game progress | Match history, settings, virtual currency balance, statistics | Cloud Save, continuity across devices |
| Device & technical | Device model, operating system, language, app version, coarse region, IP address (transient) | Compatibility, security, diagnostics |
| Advertising identifier | Google Advertising ID (AAID), and the ad interactions needed to deliver and measure ads | Serving ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention, rewarded-ad verification |
| Profile picture | An image you choose yourself from your device, or one of the avatars built into the game | Showing your avatar to you and to opponents |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, error reports, performance metrics | Stability and bug fixing |
| Analytics events | Anonymous or pseudonymous gameplay events (e.g. level completed) | Understanding and improving gameplay |
| Support communications | Your email address and message content when you contact us | Responding to your request |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as precise location, health, biometric, or financial account details) through Kharbga.
4. Unity Gaming Services
Kharbga is built with Unity and uses Unity Gaming Services (UGS) from Unity Technologies to provide core online features. Depending on the features you use, the following services may process your data:
- Unity Authentication & Unity Player Accounts — creates and manages your player identity, including guest, Google, and email sign-in and account linking.
- Unity Cloud Save — securely stores your game progress and settings so they follow you across devices.
- Unity Economy — manages in-game virtual currency and items associated with your account.
- Unity Leaderboards — stores your scores and ranking to enable competition.
- Unity Cloud Code — runs trusted server-side game logic (for example, validating results).
- Unity Analytics — provides aggregated and event-level insight into how the game is played.
Unity acts as our data processor / service provider for these features and processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy practices. You can review Unity's privacy policy at unity.com/legal. Your Unity Player Account is governed by Unity's account terms in addition to ours.
5. Crash reporting
To keep Kharbga stable, we collect crash and diagnostic reports when the game encounters an error. These reports may include the device model, operating system version, app version, and technical details about the crash. They are used solely to identify and fix problems and are not used to advertise to you.
6. Advertising
Kharbga shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Three formats are used: a banner on some screens, an interstitial between matches, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Rewarded ads are always optional — nothing in the game is locked behind watching one.
To deliver, cap and measure these ads, and to detect fraud, AdMob processes your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), coarse location derived from your IP address, and technical device information. When you complete a rewarded ad, a signed confirmation containing your player identifier is sent to our server so the reward can be granted once and only once; that verification is not used for advertising profiling.
Your choices. On first launch, and at any time afterwards from the in-game settings, you are shown a consent screen provided by Google's User Messaging Platform where you can accept or refuse personalised advertising. Refusing does not remove ads — you will see non-personalised ads instead. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device's Android settings, under Google › Ads.
We do not knowingly serve personalised advertising to children. Google's own privacy policy governs the data AdMob processes and is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. In-app purchases
Kharbga is free to download and play. It also offers optional in-app purchases — premium currency and cosmetic items — sold through Google Play Billing. Nothing in the game requires a purchase to play or to finish.
We never see your payment details. Your card, bank or wallet information is handled entirely by Google Play and never reaches us or our servers. What we receive from Google is a purchase confirmation containing a transaction identifier, the product identifier and a purchase token. Our server verifies that token with Google, records the transaction identifier so the same purchase can never be granted twice, and stores the resulting item or currency balance against your player account. We keep this record for as long as your account exists, because it is what entitles you to what you bought.
Subscriptions, a season pass, live events and tournaments are not part of this release. If any of them is added, this policy will be updated to describe it before the feature goes live.
Purchase terms, including refunds, are described in our Terms of Service.
8. Online play and what other players can see
When you play online, some of your information is shown to the people you play with. This is unavoidable — an opponent has to know who they are playing — so it is worth stating plainly what they see: your display name, your avatar, your level and rank, and the moves you make during the match. Your email address, your sign-in provider and your account identifier are never shown to other players.
If you appear on a leaderboard, your display name, avatar and score are visible to everyone who views it. You can change your display name and avatar at any time from your profile.
Private matches use a share code that you generate and pass to someone yourself. Anyone holding a valid code can join that match while it is open, so treat it as you would any invitation link. Match traffic is carried by Unity Relay, which routes it between the two devices; we do not record the content of your matches beyond the result and the statistics described above.
9. Website cookies
This website is intentionally lightweight. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use only a small amount of local browser storage to remember your preferences — specifically your chosen light or dark theme. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. The Kharbga game itself does not use browser cookies.
10. Website analytics
We do not run invasive third-party analytics on this website. If we ever introduce privacy-respecting, aggregate website analytics, this section will be updated to describe the provider and the data involved, and to honour your choices.
11. How we use data
- To create and authenticate your player account and keep it secure.
- To save and synchronise your progress across devices.
- To operate leaderboards, virtual currency, and other game features.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and gameplay.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate important changes.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described in this policy or where required by law.
12. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the game and its features you request); legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the game, balanced against your rights); consent (for personalised advertising, and for any other optional feature where consent is required); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
13. Security
We and our service providers use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure provided by Unity Gaming Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues we discover.
14. Data retention
We retain account and game data for as long as your account remains active, so that your progress is available to you. Diagnostic and analytics data are retained for a limited period necessary to maintain and improve the game. When you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted or anonymised as described below, except where we are required to keep certain records to comply with legal obligations.
15. Deletion & account removal
You can delete your Unity Player Account and its associated data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your Cloud Save data, leaderboard entries, and Economy balances, and cannot be undone.
16. Children's privacy
Kharbga is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If we become aware that we have collected such data without the necessary consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take action. Advertising is configured to avoid personalised ads for users identified as children.
17. International transfers
Because we use cloud infrastructure and Unity Gaming Services, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect your information.
18. GDPR rights (EU / UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aissamak121991@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
19. CCPA rights (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise your rights, contact us at aissamak121991@gmail.com.
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the game, our practices, or the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and version number above and, where appropriate, notify you in the game or on this website. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
